styles updating for 3.0.11

when i update the styles when 3.0.11 is released this will be the order

subsilver2 based styles = 100% done *all which will now inherit from subsilver2*
prosilver based styles = 100% done *all which will now inherit from prosilver*
kiss portal subsilver2 based styles = 100% done *all which will now inherit from subsilver2*
kiss portal prosilver based styles = 100% done *all which will now inherit from prosilver*
stargate portal subsilver2 based styles = 0% done *all which will now inherit from subsilver2*
stargate portal prosilver based styles = 0% done *all which will now inherit from prosilver*

*might take a week or two though
