ok ok how do i by change it..i try to use a diff..HTML code..did not work

you just change the clock.swf in styles/your_style/theme/images/portal
if you google around you'll find a bunch of different flash clocks

cool..i have to as you this..the 360 theme..im trying to put the porfile of the left..

but at the end of the code it ask for this ucp_pm_viewmessage.html there is no ucp..in the 360 theme

what do i do?

you alter the missing files in styles/prosilver/template any style that inherits from prosilver uses the missing html's from prosilver

ftp. download the files you need to edit open them with a text editor such as notepad++ do the edits then upload them back where you got them from
